This website is a joint project of the Black Diamond Communication Committee and the Black Diamond Board of Directors. The purpose of the website is to provide both residents and potential residents with information about the Black Diamond community.

The Black Diamond Property Owners’ Association (the POA) represents everyone who owns a home or lot in the Black Diamond community. The POA Board of Directors oversees the management of the community, enforces the covenants, sets the annual budget, selects the property management firm, and manages the cable contract. The board meets bimonthly at an announced date and time at the Black Diamond Clubhouse. All residents are invited to attend all meetings.

Standing committees appointed by the POA Board include the Architectural Review Board Committee, the Compliance Committee, the Landscape Committee, and the Communications Committee. These resident driven committees report to the Board of Directors.


The property management company is Parklane Real Estate Services, 7084 W. Gulf to Lake Hwy, Crystal River, FL 34429 (Phone: 727-232-1173). Property manager, Amy Carter ([email protected]) provides support services to the POA and works directly with the Board of Directors and all committees.
